Ryan J Gilbert

Lauryn and I are both born-and-bred Texans. I grew up in Wichita Falls, she in Arlington.  We met in the TCU Marching Band and while both studying music.

I love the Word of God, playing trumpet, listening to big band jazz, and learning anything and everything about anything and everything. In summary:

• Father to Jacob, Martin, Joanna, May, and Jesse
• Lead Pastor of First Baptist Church in Universal City, TX
• TCU/SWBTS Alum
• Ph.D. student at Midwestern Seminary in Kansas City
